I ve lodged a complaint regarding servicing of my RO purifier on 08/05/21. its was newly installed on 14 Dec 2020. The snag was outlet water flow is stopped and we are drinking unfiltered water. On 10/05/21 as I didn't get any response from anybody, I managed to get the number of Regional manager Mr. Ajay Sharma and talked about the incident. He connected the call to Mr Rahul kumar kamboj (Pure water solution, saharanpur) and I was asked to call his number. I called Mr Rahul on 10/05/21 and he asked me to send the photo of warranty card and bill to his number. I did so. After sometime some technician rang me and said he cant come. I don't understand why a customer beg to a technician ? nothing happened. On 12/05/21 again i contacted Mr sharma and again he spoke to Mr Rahul. so far nothing happened.
With so much concern and grief I'm writing this complaint and I'm sure nothing is going to happen as Kent company is giving ad to fool costumers by saying 4 years free serving, Within 5 months of installation, your team has proved its not worth to buy your product. MY CASE ID IS[protected]. MY family is is deep worry and grief as we are forced to drink dirty water and may get admitted in hospital...
