[Resolved] Kent RO — faulty product kent grand + ro | |||
I bought a new Kent RO GRAND Plus on 15 August 2018 and installed on 16 August. From the date of installation, the product stops working 3 times. we always called Kent customer care to repair. Major issues: 1-At the time of installation, engineer connect the outlet with the tank while purified water was wasted. We drink water with 550 TDS for 2 weeks. 2. After the complaint, engineer changes the connections and request us not to take action against the company. After a few days, purifier again stops working. 3-Again we complaint and engineer visit the house. HE again said there were wrong connections and he corrects it as he claimed. 4- Now on 4 October, we called customer care and request to take some action for this. They promised to arrange a call back from a senior engineer but nothing happened. Even I did not get the request number as like always means they refuse our request. Because of this, My wife is suffering from Typhoid. I am facing health issues like joint pains, stomachache etc. (I have all tested reports) now finally, I want to change my RO with new piece or Refund my money otherwise, I am ready to go to consumer court (Each document is ready).
