The complaint was lodged on 16th Aug with complaint no.[protected] since then I have been following up with top to the bottom to rectify the same.
The last SMPS was replaced on 21st July 16 vide voucher No. 303396 & within the 24 days SMPS got corrupted again . It shows the kind of equipment being used by the KENT.
However, as per the company policy the equipment carries the 3 months warranty but I am failed to understand why it has been delayed to rectify the same.
I was pained to learn that the quality and services was not up to the mark as assured and definitely not as per the KENT standard.
Please note that the above issues were raised personally twice with Mr. Ajay & your receptionist who have never bothered to resolve the issue.
Would request to please provide the email id of Dr. Mahesh Gupta- Chairman so that I can express him my mental agony & harassment which I have gone thru with the entire KENT Service Team. Was this information helpful? |
