[Resolved] Kent RO — filter change alarm of kent purifier doesn't alarm as per specification

Kent stated in water purifier product page that filter change alarm alerts us for replacing the new filter. That is one of the main reason for opting kent water purifier. I was completely dependent on the alarm. At last without alarm, kent water purifier has stopped. Then i called technician for repair, the technician said all the filters and motor were damaged completely and have to be replaced with new items. This lost due to non-functioning of the filter change alarm.
