[Resolved]  Kent RO — Filter replacement charges within warranty

Even after emailing pics of warranty card & invoice, they never updated the info. Moreover charged 4k for 3 filters replacement within 1 year without checking anything but just the alarm indication. I want my money refunded. Degraded services.no call from area manager yet. Unfortunately we need to take ro filters from such brands who don't care. Sick !

Complaint marked as Resolved 
3k refunded by Kent technician for filters replaced within warranty. Took few days. Most important to keep all the invoices ready before service.
Kent RO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
