Kent RO — Grand + Pump leakage issues | |||
Complaint No. 128 dated 17-Mar-2015 Service CentreName - Shri Saravanan & Co. This is to bring to your notice regarding very poor customer service centres opened by Kent RO a reputed brand on paper. My Kent RO Grand + pump is leaking from the past 1 month. Inspite of several follow ups over the phone and after having AMC, there is no response on replacement of the pump. The same does not reflect good for your reputation.
