I spent my hard earned money & bought Kent Supreme worth INR 17000 on 23rd of August 2014. People came for the first service after four months and after that problem started. After a day of the first service this filter is taking 1hr 30 mins to fill the entire tank more over continuous flow of wastage water that generally happens when the filter is on, that was stopped. When the service people came they said RO candle is not working and they changed it. After this later more after one week my filter stopped working entirely. Again people from service centre came and fixed that up. Presently this product is working fine.
The main pain that I got and still worried is that since this filter is in its warranty period hence there is no charges incurred. Once the warranty is void then the charges comes in. If is span of six months this product was hospitalised twice and its parts are getting damaged so frequently, what will happen when the warranty will be void. I think while purchasing this product I was given a dead product because of which every parts of this filter getting spoiled every now and then. I informed Kent about it and asked them to change this product but they are not giving hit to my words. Whenever i'm calling them up to speak with their manager, I am informed that he is not available and will contact me later.
This is just ridiculous when nothing works people simply run away from the field. Kent says they are WORLD's NO 1 water filter, I say simply rubbish...just wastage of money.
