I purchased Kent water kettle through Kent website on June13th 2020 with warranty. The device stopped working by November 2020. I raised a service request through Kent customer care and the Service guy took the Kettle for service stating he will make it ready in four working days and now it is going to be 15 working days and the guy is saying some excuse all the time.
I called back to the customer service on the same for more than four times and they saying that they will arrange for call back with the senior team and it never happened.
Money also gone and the device is also gone.
