I purchased Kent RO in 2019 from reliance digital.
First year service was covered by reliance digital, From second year Kent is servicing. They have been servicing for 2 years. Suddenly in the app the purifiers buy date changed to 2009 and my warrant shows as out of warranty where it is clearly for 4 years. I am showing them the bill but they are not ready to accept it where they can easily track from serial number and my past service history . The customer care shuts the case rudely.
