I asked for RO purifier service by using website of StepOndoor they provided some person number and details after sometime he call me and asked about the problm then he didn't visit to home before that he said it will come around 4500, after that I solve the problm by myself, then he called me and ask to by pp spun for filter so I did online payment 400 after that he did not addtend my call and I informed to that customer service even they also no responding properly now I lost my 400, by tha way I don't know how many people lost their money like this
