[Resolved] Kent RO — inefficient service | |
I had asked for servicing of my kent ro purifier. Your engineer mr. Vikas mishra not knowing anything about servicing clean the bottles which were required under my direction. Later he removed the lamp and showing that it is black, which was not required. I am using your purifier from last 10 years. Till date none of the engineers have opened the lamp and fooled us. This so called vikas and receptionist jyoti are hand in glove to fool customers and make money. I request you to cancel their agency since kent ro has got good name in the market. If you continue i will compelled to change. After servicing the receipt was not given. I request you to cancel their agency immediately.
