[Resolved] Kent RO — Installation issues - no one there to take care | |||||
I made a huge mistake buying kent ro purifier. There customer service is worst. I called repeatedly (20 times or more) for fixing installation issue but no one showing up to my place. Every time i call they said it would be solved in 12 hrs. I call everyday and waste my time. No sure what to do. I would urge future customers not to buy kent. Once bought, it would in their mercy. I say that again, worst customer care service. Do not buy! Was this information helpful? | |||||
