[Resolved] Kent RO — installation of new water purifier | |||
I had to make several calls to Kent customer care to buy a water purifier from the regional distributor at my city. Each time I spoke to the customer care, the first thing they would say is that they are sorry.. it was irritating to hear this because the matter of my call would never be addressed efficiently. Finally I abandoned the dealer and bought a purifier through Amazon. Now I am undergoing the same problem for installation. I have called the manufacturer several times so far and requested installation. Each time I call, I am told that someone will come in another 12to 24 hours. So far no one has come to install my water purifier. Was this information helpful? | |||
