Kent RO — Installation person broke the water cut off valve and is not fixing it | |||
I brought Kent RO last month and had called for installation on 4th April. The installation person turned up on 5th morning. While installing the wiring this person by the name Mohan Rao ([protected]) broke the cut off valve, first claiming it to be supplied in broken state from the company itself and then after me asking him on how the valve broke when the outer cover doesn't even have scratch, he said he will change it next day morning. I had a feeling this guy was lying because he also told me he would charge me less, if I didn't want a bill. I didn't pay him and got my proper bill. Following day was waiting for him but he didn't turn up. Then I called him on Tuesday 7th Apr and was shocked with his response, he very balantly said that is not his job and asked me to call the kent team. Believe me when I say this, I didnt have an issue with him then, but the way he spoke to me made this experience all the more worse for me. After speaking to him i called up the helpline no of Kent. I spoke to one gentleman who said he has informed the person to fix the problem tomorrow itself. Today is 11th April, still no one has called back. This is my experience within first 15 days with kent. I think as if i have put my money down the drain. Would be happy if you help Was this information helpful? | |||
