I brought kent ro on 8th oct 2017.
As per the amazon instruction i called customer care on 8th oct 2017 and got the request number for instillation[protected] having saying that installation will be done in 48 hours.
Day 1 (9th oct 2017) - no update.
Day 2 (10th oct 2017) - i called the kent customer care again and explain the product and 1:38 pm i got sms that service engg assign to (Name - mr rammurthy, ph - [protected]). I called that person and he is replaying me that he is calling me from morning and i am not picking the call. The fact is that i did not receive any call from him. After that he told me he is coming in one hour. Even after 7 pm he was not picking the call.
Day 3 - i called customer care again. Some body called the area manager and told me that it will be done today.
I called the same person again but the person is telling i can not come today i am not leave.
I dont know what to do now. Kent ro is there my home from past 4days.
