I bought a Kent Crystal star water purifier on 5/12/2022 through Aurow Marketing, Chennai sent through Kent under one year warranty.
I used to register a complaint through Kent customer care and got attended for more than 8-9 times right from 10/12/2022 to till date due to two problems mentioned below. Complaining is a ever lasting process.
1. In the 75-150 TDS range, got a smoke smell which we used unhealthy water.
2. If the service person fixes in the 50-75 TDS, within four to five days, it went down to less than 50 which is not healthy and not in the BIS.
3. Mineral level display always shows low mineral.
Because of the above,
1. My family has been facing illness for the last ten months.
2. I have to take leave from my office for servicing
3. The service person got irritated and scolded me for booking a complaint often
4. My family members are also scolding me for having bought this water purifier
5. Spending money on can water even when I have RO
6. Because of the above I am stressed very much
Kent sold faulty machine to me which causes me stress/illness to me and my family.
When I brought the above matter to Email id [protected]@kent.co.in, they replied that I have to coordinate with Aurow marketing boss Mr. Moorthy for refund and when I called Mr. Moorthy, he said that for refund I must contact Kent only. In this scenario, can you please intrude and arrange to take back the machine and refund my money Rs.20500/-(Gpay details enclosed)
