I purchased a Kent cyclonic vaccum cleaner from Amazon in January and in the month month of April there was some issue in charging and we opted for a service request and we was informed from our near service centre to submit the vaccum cleaner, bill and warranty card as it was under warranty period.we have submitted all these to them on may 6th-2022.till now we have not received our serviced product and there is no proper response.we have contacted your customer care many times no response from them also...This is the worst product we have purchased in our lifetime..will it take more than a month for a product to be serviced...worst worst worst service...i would recommend everyone to avoid buying Kent products as it is a waste of money
