We have been calling the Kent customer care number [protected] for service from 4th June 2021. The machine was installed on 16/8/2020. The local distributor called once and said that he would come the following day but did not come. On 23th June we get a message from Kent that the service is canceled.
I have been calling the above customer care number several times to speak to the manager on duty, but some of the revert that I have got is Manager is busy or not come for duty. One of the ways they cut the call is saying that the manager will call in two hours. But this call never happened from the manager's end.
Highly pathetic and unprofessional service and attitude from the customer service team. It feels like their 3 year warranty and guarantee are just fake words., as they don't honer their promises.
