I have purchased kent grand plus ro water purifier in october 2016, from that time i'm always getting it serviced by kent authorised service centre. On 5th may service technician told to change diaphragm pump which was working good. Afterwards from outside technician i got ro repaired by only changing membrane and not pump. This way kent mist have replaced many parts which were actually not required to be changed in last 2.5 years. I'm attaching video of the service technician from kent who insisted to change pump.
