I have purchased kent grand plus and logged ticket for installation on high priority on saturday morning.
I have been waiting for technician and kent promised me it will be done within 48 hours. I was provided name of technician and he refused to come stating he is movie theater and cannot come. Moreover, technician behaved rudely and asking me why i am calling him rather his manager should call him.
48 hours past and no installation has been done. I have contacted service center and tried to follow up till 8 pm but only i got false promise and fake update from kent.
Post 2 days, technician called for time for installation.
I have refused to install and requested to take the product back.
Kent sr department told me once product is sold, it's not possible to return regardless service was provided or not.
I am requesting to take the product back since kent could not fulfill promise to install within 48 hours or give me compensation on the entire harassment. Was this information helpful? |
