I'd logged a service request - [protected] ten days ago with Kent Customer Care.
I'd called them five times so far. No technician visited us.
I'd called the office that installed the product three months ago at our house. No technician has visited us yet.
They assured us of free service for up to four years - not even four months, this Kent Grand Star supposedly the best as suggested by them, has stopped functioning properly. Water has been overflowing even after turning off the switch. I've closed the inlet water valve now. Amidst all the water crisis, why would they want to wait for ten days (as of 6th June) to fix an issue and they call themselves the best in the market.
Every time I'd asked for an escalation matrix, I was not provided with one. I was assured that someone from the senior team would contact me but no one till date has reached out to me. The last call I made, I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes saying that I was to be conferenced with someone appropriate, but nobody showed up.
Such pathetic services I've never seen earlier.
