I had purchased a Kent Iron remover filter in the month of September after kent sales person had convinced and explained to me regarding the product efficacy and after sales and service but today want to mention that I m very disappointed with the product and consequent services, as it was a faulty one provided to me and moreover even after lodging a complain no effective actions replacement has been taken by the concerned persons involved and no proper feedback is being received for almost 2 months on the other hand I had to follow up .I never expected this kind of service from Kent as I have using Kent products for almost 3-4yrs.
I am expecting a decisive action from Kent end within this month and resolve my issue otherwise provide me a full refund as a consumer I am suffering through mental agony due to this as my money is invested in a faulty product Was this information helpful? |
