Ordered kent maxx in June 20 installed after 5 days
Backplate broke thrice in 3 months of warranty period causing basin tap to fall apart which accrued replacing the tap twice apart from other labour charges
Had been continuously following up for back plane to arrive it has been more than 50 days still the part is in receipt at Mumbai warehouse manage Deepak nakwa has been making promises time and again about the arrival of the part we as end consumer haven't received the same though but we had been kept on promising that the part will arrive in 2 days which has crossed 50n days now
Can the kent management look into it at the earliest
