I have logged a call for repair of Kent Maxx, the technician from Kent came and gave me an AMC saying I will change all filters including external filter and took Rs. 3000 saying that now there is shortage of spares from company side in 2-3 days I will come again and replace the same, now month have been passed the technician had not came and he took 3000 Rs. After giving a call to customer care, they are also not knowing the person who they have send to repair... Customer care said that in coming 24 Hrs. your issue will be resolved but now 48 Hrs. has been passed no one has responded from kent..
