I had a complaint of water leaking from the bottom. On custome care complaint they sent service person from aqua world who suggested to replace all filter parts costing ~5 k. This was on 28th feb 2019. Just in 3 months same problem again & with same procedure, service person from different company inspected, said ro is cracked and left saying he will transfer the ticket to aqua world company. Don't understand just in 30 days product goes bad and now no response from customer care.
