We bought a kent ro filter - pearl from intech elec, bangalore in july 2015.
When we called them for service, they informed us that we have to contact kent directly.
So we got in touch with kent, and they in turn sent an agency called water solutions. When "water solutions" came for service, they sold us an amc for one year on behalf of kent.
Now water solutions does not respond to our calls, and kent is washing its hands off.
The fact is that water solutions has been sent to us by kent and hence they are responsible for water solutions actions.
