[Resolved] Kent RO — KENT Pride Plus Mineral RO Water Purifier | |
I have newly purchased KENT Pride Plus Mineral RO Water Purifier in Oct 2019, After one year 14th Oct 2020 i had replaced the full set of all filters and paid for around INR 4800+ (Case id[protected]. Now after 4 month i have been facing the same problem very quickly, Today[protected] Kent RO service engg checked the water filter and recommended me to replace all filters? again within 3months. This is a KENT RO product quality issue Or not replacing original water filters??? and every 3 month once I will need to replace all filters? and pay for near INR 5000?. So per year your water filters use a maintenance charge for INR 20000/- ???. The new machine cost is INR 16500/-.. After my purchase Oct 2019 to Oct 2020 First one year only working okay. After one year replaced all old filters and fixed new filters, after 3 month facing problems. I think when the purchased new machine all filters are original and working for one year. After replacing old original filters, Maybe now replaced all filters are duplicate and of very bad quality products, Because i was faced with failure very quickly within 4 months.
