I have purchased kent purifier (Kent ultra storage uv+uf purifier) 7 months back from amazon at the delivery time when i opened the box i realize the purifier had splashes of water on it so called kent customer care and informed them about this but they said it because of before delivery it may be tested so i agreed on it and we installed purifier by technician. After 1 week it stopped working (Overflow issue) so lodge a case to kent and it was resolved by replacing some part of it and it was working for a month and again same problem occured again technician visited did some servicing and it started working. I thought it will work now but i was wrong and it started giving same problem this time i called to customer care and shouted on them the executive promised me that this he will sr. Technician and he will fix it your issue permanently but no use of it and problem again occured. Now local distributor asking me bring your purifier at our centre we will check. I am seek of it and it is not possible to me go at their centre. Please help out in this.
