[Resolved] Kent RO — kent ro after sales service complaint | |||
This is for all the customers who are thinking of installing kent ro as one of the options for water purification. First, the service representative harrases the customers in taking the complain. After which the service advisor charges any thing he feels like without giving the payment receipt. Despite of regular services the membrane does not work properly. Service advisor initially said it would cost rs 3000 to change the membrane and other parts after a year, however the membrane stopped working before one year and the advisor who came after repeatedly calls said would cost rs 5000 to change the parts. He was also not ready to give the receipt for the amount charged. I will suggest all customers to check the reviews before making a decision. Was this information helpful? | |||
