Kent representative from pearl infotech sold amc to me on 25/06/18 which is valid till 25/06/19 without kent receipt. He gave a receipt of amc on pearl infotech receipt only. Today there was an issue with the kent system and the representative didn't want to change any filter until i renew for next one year. Though my current amc is still valid, the representative didn't want to change any filter saying everything is fine. As per agreement with amc, multiple services were promised and full free replacement of the parts. It is almost one year and no one wants to do the service if we already have amc. Looks like this a big fraud of just collecting the money and not show up for one year until renewal.
