[Resolved] Kent RO — kent ro grand - frustrated with kent | |||
I purchased ro machine just 12 months back and till now i have made almost 10 to 15 complaint of the machine, i spent lot of money on the machine and it is almost non-usable. I have been talking to regional manager and area manager also, but nobody seems to fix the problem permanently. Every month either ro filter will get spoiled or sediment filter get spoiled. I am fed-up of following up with the kent. I have no energy left in following up with your service provider. 20 days back your service provider put ro and now again it is spoiled and now they refused to change (Although they mentioned 3 months warranty after ro is changed). What is the point of providing the warranty then? You please either fix the problem permanently or replace the machine totally or give my money back. I am going to file complaint of this harassment in every platform i can, i am just frustated with your service and with your kent ro. I will not recommend ro to anyone unless i get a good service from you. I am so frustated with your service and your ro machine that i can go any extend to spread this information to people not to buy ro anymore. I have suffered alot in past 12 months and i am still suffering. I spent 17000 rs which is not joke. I am running out of patience now and just wish kent understand customer and provide solution.
