Good Evening.
My self Balaraju, I have kent RO with S.No.
KR[protected], For this I have logged a call in 2020 with Cas id .[protected], which is not closed till date, I have logged a call on 6th August 2021 once again, (which is not reflecting in my App)I didn't received any call from KENT Company, than I have called to customer care and explained my problem, they asked me to wait 24 hours,
But still I didn't received any call from KENT People ..Request you to resolve the issue of RO as well my APP..
