Its very disheartening to inform you that as being such an reputed company I thought your services would have also been very good and machine also, but its very unfortunate to inform you that neither of them are true. I had complained regarding not functioning of RO one week back also . The Engineer came and resolved the issue. But again the same problem has started . Some time the water is purifying and some time it is automatically being closed. The power light as well as service light is also not getting on .
Request you to either resolve the issue permanently or get the machine changed.
