The device was working properly but gave some alarm, one technician came and changed the filters on 5th April 2019. Exactly after 1 month the device stopped working, the same technician who c hanged the filters visited and hit the filters with hammer and made it working, but the water flow was very less and we complained, he didnt listen and changed the filters., which was under guaranty as its purchased one month ago.
After that we raised many requests with Kent, but no one turned up .the customer care people will send techinician details which never work.
And they are auto closing our request everytime.
WE Spend Rs.5300/- for changing the filters on Apirl 5th and from May mid our system is not working .
