[Resolved]  Kent RO — Kent RO service Engineer bluffing Customers!!!

Hi Team, Kent RO Service Engineer visited my place after a routine service call. However my work is not completed fully but he has taken the full payment from me and assure me that he will be coming next day or max next to next day (engineer visited on[protected]. But after several times of calling he is not coming and not responding my phone calls. Service engineer came and told me that there is a problem in my RO Filter. So he replaced that filter forcefully. But there was no alarm indicating in my RO. However without alarm he suppose to replace my RO Membrane !! He only replace my RO Filter but didn't do any maintenance of other filter, other paths of RO machine & Side filter. This time simply I called the Service engineer for only routine maintenance. So I am requesting you to provide me the service engineer in my place again this time I will not pay any fee to them.
