[Resolved] Kent RO — kent ro under the sink unit | |||
Hi mahesh gupta, I have a kent ro under the sink system which i purchased almost 1.5yrs back. The system has been giving multiple problems month on month basis. Everytime the engineer visits & fees of rs.300 is charged. There have been atleast 4-5 visits in the last 8 months. In the latest problem, the pump needs to be replaced at the cost of rs.2700. I'm fed up of this kent ro system as i feel the instrument is faulty whereas your technical team feels it's due to water quality. No other apartments in my building have such severe problem.
