[Resolved] Kent RO — kent ro water purifier- pearl model | |||
In march 2018, we had called ro clinic for a problem: water was leaking from the kent ro filter. Ro clinic is an authorized kent ro servicer in bengaluru. The technician came and changed prefilter bit for inr 1300 and then ro membrane & fittings, filter bit again for a total of inr 5850. I have receipts for all these. Now in oct 2018, the same problem appeared and water is leaking from the filter. I am concerned that the servicer does not know what the problem is and we are incurring costs to the tune of over inr 7000 each time. I want to complain to the head office and see what can be done. I want to change the product to something simpler and preferably not kent as i feel the costs of maintenance is bvery high. Can you help solve this problem? Was this information helpful? | |||

the problem is not fixed. the purifier started leaking water again. I am reopening the complaint. Should i get rid of the Kent RO? this is too many problems.
