[Resolved] Kent RO — Kent service person do not have the required skills | |||
Hi, I have purchased Kent water purifier from Thoraipakkam, Chennai in Oct 2012. For 1.5 years I did not have any issues. But later it stopped working. So I raised a customer care request and the service person has come. He told he has to change the floater, then still the problem persists. Then he told I have to change the Carbon filter, still the problem persists, later he says I have to change the pump which was working perfectly earlier. The reason he told me was you did not use the filter from one month, that is the reason pump got damaged and I need to pay 2600 for that. He is visiting my house for the 5th time and everytime he comes he says some new problem without fixing the actual one and he makes me spend money. I think these guys are cheating. Please look into this and do the necessary.
