I brought a Kent Supreme Extra in May 2021 and since then my Kent have gone bad twice. The first time a technician came home and repaired. The guy informed that the SMPS have faulty and he suggested to remove the plug once the water is full, ever since we followed the instructions.
A week ago Kent have again gone faulty with similar symptoms. The technician over the phone asked the symptoms and informed it could be SMPS issue and he doesn't have a spare.
The case with Kent was raised on 23rd December. The ticket number is[protected], till date there is no response from Kent even after multiple follow-up.
A mail was send to the Kerala escalation point [protected]@kent.co.in and there is no response to that mail.
