There seems to be serious and critical quality issues reagarding Kent RO water purifier back support hook which allows machine to hang on wall.
It is only 4 litre storage capacity water purifier and is not able to hold its own weight due breakage of support hook. I am really very much disappointed due to possibility of damage caused and hence demand to replace the RO water purifier as soon as possible as it is stiil under warranty
If replacement is not possible then kindly provide denial of service letter.
The technician has yet not come even after raising complaint on Kent serice app. Also the customer care support representative was not at all supportive and he denied the claim by his baseless explanation that all Kent Water purifiers are manufactured at same place and same issue must have happened with others if that is the case. He went on to the extent of saying that if there was really an issue with the quality of support hook then why did it took so long to happen.
I demand an explanation is this how you treat your customer who had put faith in kent brand? Is this acceptable at all. ?
