Hi,
I own kent grand plus water purifier. It is not functioning and i file the complaint on 30th of may with id[protected]. It is already three days and no one has come to attend the service. I keep calling the customer care and every time i get a response that i some one will attend the request in 12hrs but no one shows up. During summer days it is really difficult. Worst service.

Thanks for the reply. Again I got the call and received the same repose like earlier that someone will visit by 8:00PM. On requesting the contact no. of the engineer, no specific details.
