Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased Kent water Purifier Grand Star Model on 24-Dec-2020.
Recently on 9-March-2022, it started making a lot of sound/noise, while we started the purifier button on. Also when leaving waste water, it was leaving very hot water with smoke.
I called Kent's customer care number [protected]. Then they assigned the guy below to check this issue on 10-March-2022. The person's name was shabaz (Mobile Number: [protected]). I have pasted his photo below.

The above guy came and checked and told us we need to change inline carbon filters and solid valve. I agreed. Then he changed two inline carbon filters of Rs 500 each. Then he charged 500 Rs for SV. But at the time of taking final bill he said i have to 3700 Rs, so that he will add my name in the AMC and will send the bill online. Since he was having KENT identity card with him, i believed and paid 3700 through google pay to the mobile number [protected] (mohd. Asrar) to which number he asked me to pay. He left then.
I did not get any valid Bill till now from this guy. Whenever i call him, he is not at all picking up my call. I have really no clue as to what to do now. He took 3700 Rs from me and did not provided any bill to me yet. Since water filter was working well that time after he repaired l did not gave any complaint that time and was waiting that i will get bill.
Later on 27-March-2022, the water purifier started leaking slowly from both the sides in the night. Morning i called another person Krishnam Raju from whom i had purchased water purifier His number is [protected]. Then next day morning he sent one service guy by name Gopal Yadav Dasari whose mobile Number is [protected]. This guy came and told i need to change the SV, as earlier guy who did service has kept local SV inside. Then again i paid 300 Rs to get new SV. The water filter worked well for two days and again started leaking. I again called Gopal back. He came and rechecked and did some repair work and told that leakage will not happen. Again it worked for three days. Again started leaking.
Then again i complained it to Krishnam Raju. He sent another person by name V. Rajeshwar (Mobile Num: [protected]). Rajeshwar came next day and removed one SV out and kept only one SV inside. He said it will not leak now. But again after two days it started leaking. I called Rajeshwar again. He came and did something and went. But again after two days it is started leaking and also waste water is leaving the water continuously for 24 Hours and it is not at all stopping.
Now i called Rajeshwar 6th, 7th and 8th April. He said he will come and check the issue. But till now he did not came. Then i called service head by name Bhaskar with mobile number [protected] today morning. He said he will send some person. I am waiting
Sir from March 9th March 2022 onwards, i am continuously getting leakage problem and continuous delivery of waste water. Filter water is also getting leaked from the tank both sides. I am continuous tension because of this from last one month. Hence i request you to please change the Water Purifier itself and provide me the new one.
I have lot of trust on KENT. Hope you will resolve my issue and provide the new water purifier.
