Kent RO — malfunctioning of Kent RO

We purchased kent grand mineral RO on 16 Nov 2012. In June 2014 we have replaced sediment, carbon and post carbon and uf membrane for Rs 2300 through Aqua world, Jayanagar, Bangalore-11 as water was overflowing . For the last one week the amount of water filtered is very slow and it takes almost about 2-3 hrs for completing the process.The mechanic was called from Aqua World Jayanagar who told that we have to replace the main activated carbon block and also some other parts as outflow water is not coming smoothly and he is asking for Rs 3500 for the same.I am very disappointed with the performance of your product and within less than 2 years the product is malfunctioning., These type of breakdown by the product is not acceptable to any customer.Will you kindly look in to the matter and replace the necessary components free of cost.The reputation of the product will suffer with these issues.
