Kent RO — Misguidance given by service engineer and took money. | |||
I have purchased Kent RO super model last year due to lekage problem in tap identified since last month I lodged service complaint[protected] on 05th July. I did not got any call before the visit of engineer took place on 06th Jul'15. While visit of service engineer Mr. Ayush Kumar confirmed that lot of things needs to be changed including cartrage, membrane and one internal part which is creating problem. Keeping trust on company person I confirmed him to proceed for which he charged Rs 3895/- vide receipt no. 625005. Unfortunately from the next day tap again started leaking so I lodged again service complaint vide[protected] and on his visit he confirmed that problem is in the tap which is costing Rs 70/- only. This shows that I have been cheated by previous guy for paying good amount of money and still problem was unresolved. If service engineer comming from company will cheat customers then I am sorry to say that Company should take strict action against these type of person else company is getting a bad name in the market due to this.
