Engineer from aishwarya solar technologies came for service on may 26th and changed all filters and charged around 5200/-. But later when i filled the tank, there was a water leakage from the back of the machine. On 28th, i again contacted the service center and updated the issue. But even after multiple calls to service center and engineer, no one visited for 2 days. They were keep on giving wrong commitments and wasted my time.
Finally on 30th engineer visited and he said there is a crack on the tank and i need to replace it. I told its because of your mishandling, so i cant pay it fully. The service center lady-barathi and this engineer made so much fuss and was arguing with me saying its my mistake. I was in office and the engineer at home made so much show that my wife with a 6 months old baby really got scared.
I shouted at the lady at service center over phone, but no use and now its left as it is. Not sure who will take care of this and do something responsible.
I was keep on asking for some service managers from kent and finally gave a number which again was answered by the same lady at the service center.
I have to make sure these people never make these kind of drama to any other customers. Was this information helpful? |
