I have a Kent grand plus mineral RO.
I got it recently serviced after raising the request through Kent app. Service engineer came and replaced sediment filter, carbon filter. After that the taste of the water so sour and it is not like before.
10 days after this service, filter now stopped working ringing service alarm.
I have again raised a request for service, but there is no response from service team even after a week. I have even called customer support regarding this, they keep saying they will resolve, but did nothing.
Didn't expect this pathetic support from Kent. Was this information helpful? |
