We have requested service from Kent app dated[protected] scheduled on[protected] and it was automatically rescheduled to[protected] leaving a message to my number that on your request your service is rescheduled to[protected] but we have not rescheduled it. Later on a person named Ramesh visited us on[protected] but he could not identify the reason behind the problem with machine and unnecessarily wanted to change RO membrane that were replaced in the month of August 2021 only moreover he did not enter the proper details of the item purchased on the bill. Nowhere in the bill it was mentioned that the product belongs to Kent and it's product code also was not mentioned.
Since last more than two years he has been visiting us for service but Everytime he replaced any part of the machine the bill information was incomplete and even the name "Kent" was not mentioned on any of the bill issued by him.
On being asked he was not able to answer our queries regarding machine. He seemed totally unaware about working of parts of machine. How could Kent company assign such a responsible job to these inefficient illeterate people and calling them "Engineer".
He went without resolving our problem and then at night on[protected] at 10:28 pm we received a message that an engineer named Ramesh will visit us on[protected] and after one hour We received a message that your request is resolved and ticket is closed. How the ticket was closed at 11:30 pm on[protected] even if we have not shared the OTP with anybody that we have received at 10:28 pm.
This is fraud and fraud people are visiting us in the name of Kent engineer for long time. He did not wear his Kent ID card whenever he visits us. How can we trust such people who do not even know about working of machine and have reached to resolve our issue.
Are you people serious about our life?
We are facing problem with drinking water and the problem is not a small issue.
Kent need to understand it and provide the service with satisfactory solution.
We did not expect that after purchasing the best brand water purifier we will face such problems.
We are highly disappointed.
Kent has no concerns for their customers as the service request was made on[protected] and still by today[protected] no solution has been made even after approaching to escalation level 2.
My family is not getting pure drinking water and it may cause severe health risks to us. Will Kent be liable for it?
Why you people don't understand it.
We are facing inconvenience as unable to get drinking water for days. Kindly consider our request for satisfactory service and consider the request urgent.
