I have Kent RO on my machine KR NUMBER IS MENTIONED AS KR[protected] BUT ON BILL IT IS WRITTEN AS KR[protected] .. NO ONE IN CSR DEPARTMENT IS BOTHERED TO PROVIDE CONCERN PERSON FOR SERVICE FINALLY AFTER 8 9 MONTHS KENT STOPPED WATER SUPPLY THROUGH KENT MACHINE DON'T KNOW WHERE TO COMPLAINT TO WHOM WE CAN ASK FOR SERVICES CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM IS LEAST CONCERNED FOR CUSTOMER'S ISSUES Was this information helpful? | |||

I am asking for service they guys are saying complaint anywhere else we don't have your number registered . They should understand customer's query without water
We are spending 100 bucks everyday for water . I want money back asap . Don't need such a yaek service again in my life.
