[Resolved] Kent RO — No Warranty on costly parts change + rash behavior of customer care official | |||||
We did a service repair of RO filters 4 months back which costed us Rs 1200 + 300 visiting charge. Within 4 months one of the filter again broke and on the visit technician also told to change the 3 other components costing us Rs 4500. When asked to give 1 year warranty, technician declined and asked to talk to his executive. On calling on number [protected] Kent support official by name Ms. Jyoti picked communicated with me. On requesting her to provide warranty for 1 year for such costly replacement she denied and started talking in a very rude manner. She agreed to only give 3 months warranty. It is simply ridiculous how Kent company is not even sure and confident of their own replaced parts. I told the support member also to only provide warranty for the broken parts and not complete system. And how can a support person talk in such a rude manner. She told me that she has 10 other things to do and so can't talk to me. I started recording the conversation when found her overstepping her boundaries. Later she called me again to know which technician visited. I guess to know who gave her number so that she can later on scold him. Was this information helpful? | |||||
