I have kent grand plus RO which is under warranty. It was making a beep sound after which i registered a service request in Oct 2021 and following parts were changed by the engineer -
carbon filter, sediment filter, Ro membrane and FRT.
The engineer did not provide any bill or service report even after several reminders.
After some days the RO again started making the beep sound, i again lodged a service request. The same engineer visited and checked the machine and told the issue has been fixed now.
After a week the beep sound started again, i lodged a complaint and when no one visited even after 2 days, i checked that the request was marked as attended and closed with the OTP i didn't even provide anyone.
I lodged my 4th service request and same thing happened. No one visited and request was marked as attended and closed.
Now i contacted the service provider "Janak Agencies, Shahjahanpur (242001) and inquired about the whole issue to which he pretended to not know how the request got closed without being attended and arranged the visit of an engineer but again did not provide any service receipt.
The engineer checked the machine and told it won't make a beep sound now but after an hour of his visit the issue started again. The engineer also told that the OTP to close the request is received by the service centre also and they close the request without attending it.
This is very unfortunate that a reputed Brand like Kent is providing this kind of service and it has caused me a great amount of trouble. Also, my kent RO is not working properly. How am i supposed to get it fixed? Who will be liable if there's a non repairable damage to my RO? Who will be responsible for the health issues we might have because of drinking dirty water as our RO is not working properly?
I would appreciate a quick response and resolution of my issue. Also, i request you to take serious actions against the Service Centre "Janak Agencies" for being reckless with attending customer requests.
